The Experience

The shoot was pretty long and tiring. I started shooting in the afternoon around 4pm and finished somewhere around 10pm. I had initially planned to start at 2pm but it got delayed. The shoot itself wasn't as hard as I had expected, the pre-shoot arrangements were what took a lot of time and energy. A lot of times I had to go against the storyboard and improvise based on the circumstances and available resources. At times it was a frustrating thing to do but I guess it also allowed me to get creative as well. I think I also got pretty lucky with the cast, as they gave an impressive performance and never let the shoot be awkward or anything.
